What is the standard shipping time for board orders?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping within the US usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Do Baker decks come with free griptape?
Most of our decks are sold without griptape unless specified in a bundle. You can select your preferred brand of griptape from our accessories section to add to your order.
What is your return policy on used skateboards?
We only accept returns on unused, un-skated items in their original shrink-wrap within 30 days of purchase. Once a board is gripped or skated, it cannot be returned.
Do you ship Baker Skateboards internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
How do I know which deck size is right for me?
Deck size is largely preference, but generally, 8.0" to 8.25" is standard for street skating, while 8.5" and above offers more stability for transition and vert.
What should I do if my board arrives damaged?
If your order arrives with shipping damage or a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team immediately with photos so we can arrange a replacement.
